The Morgan Three Wheeler Club is the oldest Morgan car club in the world, and was formed in 1944 while the country was still within the throes of World War II – the club’s first social meeting was held in South London while bombs were still falling on the city!
Throughout the years, one of the club’s key aims has been to facilitate competition for Morgan three-wheelers, and has campaigned hard to allow them to compete against four-wheeled cars. Last year, no less than six Morgan three-wheelers took part in the Chateau Impney Hill Climb, including Sue Darbyshire’s Morgan Super Aero and Ewan Cameron’s Hale Morgan.
The club is open to anyone with an interest in three-wheelers and organises its own regular events and meetings, as well as taking part in events around the country. Club members are thrilled to be among this year’s Associated Clubs and there will be a dedicated Morgan three-wheeler stand at the 2016 Hill Climb.
We are very pleased to welcome the Morgan Three Wheeler Club to our Associated Clubs and hope to see lots of spectators stopping by their stand at the 2016 event.
