Entertaining and Hospitality

A Corporate Hospitality package for the Chateau Impney Hill Climb is a truly unique way to entertain clients or reward staff.

You and your guests will enjoy unrestricted access to the entire site for the whole weekend with the exception of the Impney Drivers' Club. You'll have exclusive access to the VIP-only Chateau and Impney Ornamental Gardens, which occupy pole position overlooking the majority of the Hill Climb course. Corporate Hospitality guests can also look forward to exclusive use of one of seven private suites within the magnificent Chateau, with views across the picturesque grounds and a bar and butler service. VIP access to the Chateau’s Grand Ballroom and Grand Bar is also provided, offering a perfect place to relax and take in some of the most spectacular original features of the building while keeping up-to-date with the Hill Climb action via our live-feed TV screens.

Our Corporate Hospitality package includes the following on both days:

  • A delicious welcome breakfast with juices, tea and coffee
  • Mid-morning refreshments of strawberries and Champagne, plus tea and coffee
  • A mouth-watering buffet lunch
  • An indulgent Chateau Afternoon Tea
  • A complimentary bar throughout the day offering bottled beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and tea and coffee

You’ll also receive invitations to the glamorous Impney Party, taking place on the Saturday night exclusively for competitors and Corporate Hospitality guests.

Packages are priced per suite for the whole weekend and are available on request.

* Please note that these prices exclude VAT.

** These suites also have access to a private terrace or balcony which overlooks the course.
