Tacking the course in his Lotus Elite, Peter never set out to win so was over the moon to come out on top:
“It felt very good to win and I certainly didn’t expect it. The course was excellent, I really enjoyed it. There weren’t too many long straights and there were lots of twisty bits, so it was fantastic for people with lower powered cars.
“It was a fantastic event, I was really impressed with it. I thought the guys who organised it did a fantastic job of it, I take my hat off to them!”
