The Owen was built by coach builder, Freddie Owen, and was raced throughout the 60s and 70s, then was owned for many years by legendary music producer, Pete Waterman.
Peter Newman said: “I’m excited to back again after last year. It’s such a lovely atmosphere, with a great selection of cars and really lovely people. Rod Spollon has to be congratulated for what he’s achieved. Everyone has given 110%. Talking to the other drivers, everyone is of the same opinion.
“The course is good and challenging, it’s a great location. What more could you want?”
