The Pie Creator is run by Worcestershire-based chef, Nigel Craige, who has more than three decades of culinary experience. They’ll be selling delicious homemade pies at the Hill Climb for you to take home.
Nigel first turned his hand to crafting pies and savouries in 2012 following many years running restaurants and public houses with his wife, Wendy. The inspiration behind the business came to him as he struggled to find, in his own words, ‘a decent pork pie with real jelly’ and so The Pie Creator was born.
They now stock over 30 flavours of cold cut pie from pork pies to the more exotic – such as game pie. Nigel also produces his own sausage rolls, scotch eggs, pasties, gravy pies, pates, terrines and hams. Their products are all for sale in their Stourport-on-Severn shop as well as at local public houses, shops and farmers markets.
