Coming up with a new design for the Beast of Turin seems like an impossible feat, but that’s just what Year Three, Four, Five and Six children from all over Droitwich have done recently!
We recently challenged pupils to colour in the Beast of Turin and although they were free to stick to the traditional red and gold, many of them came up with some really creative colour schemes.
Congratulations to eight-year-old Maddison from Wychbold First and Nursery School, who won family passes for her whole class and teacher to this weekend’s event. Our judges loved her mixed-media interpretation of the Beast that had tissue paper for flames, and thought it really leapt off the page!
Our other finalists also created some amazing works of art – well done to all of them:
Oliver from Himbleton C of E First School
Amber from Doddershill School
Beatrice from Ombersley Endowed First School
Shannon from St Peter’s C of E First School
William from Cutnall Green C of E First School
Dillon from Chawson First School
If you’d like to see the Beast of Turin in action, it’ll be competing on both days of the Hill Climb. You can buy your tickets on the gate, but buy online before 5pm on Friday to beat the queues.
