The 1950 to 1967 Production Saloon Cars class provided one of the best stories of the weekend. David West finally got his name in the Chateau Impney record books – almost 50 years after he first won at the Chateau – as he took the class win in his Austin Mini Cooper S with a time of 46.87 seconds.
