H&H; Hill Climb Auction

H&H's classic car auction at the inaugural event saw an array of spectacular vehicles available for purchase, with cars being displayed both in the auction hall and the Regent Exhibition. The auction hall was packed with potential bidders throughout the day, as spectators were able to get up close and view the cars before taking a seat for the main event.

Amongst the lots were a stunning 1951 Jaguar XK120 Roadster, which sold for £106,400, and a rare 1956 Allard Palm Beach MKII, which sold for £89,600. Hill Climb visitors were able to purchase some more modern cars as well at a great price, including a 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage, which sold for £40,680, and a 2003 BMW M3 SMG II Convertible, which sold for £16,800. A number of cars that were present at the auction were later sold privately, including the 1938 Alta Supercharged Voiturette Single Seater.
