Vendor Profile: The Parsons Nose

Sunday 10 May 2015

If you're looking for wholesome, hearty food at the Hill Climb, look no further than The Parsons Nose. They make award-winning sausages, burgers and pies from traditional free-range farming methods.

Our background …
The Parsons Nose is owned and run by the Dobson family, which has a long history of master butchers and bakers, stretching back many generations. All of our production is carried out on our own farm, which provides the meat for our products.

At the Hill Climb, you can expect …
Our speciality hand-produced sausages, containing cuts from only the best part of the animal, and served in a fresh bread roll. We will also be serving our all day breakfast, which we call the Full Monty, of sausages, our own dry-cure bacon, black pudding and a lovely free-range egg. Alternatively, try one of our homemade beef burgers with an artisan difference.

You should pay us a visit because …
The attention to detail and the quality of our hand-made products is noticeable in every bite.

Our outdoor catering essentials …
It always helps if the sun is shining! However, all we really need is lots of hungry customers.

We’re excited to be part of the Hill Climb because …
We thrive on attending large shows and events and we love to see our customers’ faces as they relish the food we cook for them!

We’re most looking forward to …
The excitement of a new event to attend for the first time (and hopefully for many years to come!). We’re looking forward to the challenge of cooking our products perfectly on a large scale, so that each one showcases our skills at their very best!
